download weighcomm.abc
rename weighcomm.abc to weighcomm.zip
unzip weighcomm.zip
run setup
program gets installed in c:/program files/weighcomm
there will be 3 exe file by name com1, com2 and com3 
use the appropriate exe depending on the port used in pc
put the respective ece on startup
